Drama At Slade Smiley's Child Support Hearing

Slade Smiley’s child support court hearing turned into a drama worthy of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County reality series on Friday.

Smiley owes $110,000 in back child support to Michelle Arroyo and was accompanied to court by his reality TV star girlfriend Gretchen Rossi.

But she’s not the only one who showed up. Gretchen’s ex boyfriend Jay Photoglou was also in the courtroom and Slade was furious, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Photoglou and Rossi have waged their own court war, suing each other after a long-running public feud.

Smiley was incensed to see Photoglou in the courtroom and authorities were involved in keeping the parties separate.

Slade then asked the judge to have Photoglou removed the courtroom. All parties not directly involved in the matter, including Rossi, were told to leave court.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Rossi is at the courthouse to support her boyfriend, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Smiley owes $110,000 in child support payments to Michelle Arroyo, according to a document obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

It’s scheduled to be a multi-hour battle on Friday and one charge that will be made is that Smiley has been driving on a suspended license. RadarOnline.com has not independently verified that.

Kelly Bensimon's "Out-of-Body Experience"

On Thursday's The Real Housewives of New York City, Kelly Bensimon attempts to explain her infamous May 20 show meltdown -- but only leaves her pals even more confused.

Sitting with Jill Zarin, LuAnn de Lesseps and Jennifer Gilbert, Bensimon, 42, says she lashed out at costars Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, Sonja Morgan and foe Bethenny Frankel during a trip to the Virgin Islands because they were gossiping too much.

"From the minute we were together, it was everything that I hate – talking badly about people," she begins.

(Oddly, she then starts gossiping about Frankel, 39: "She’s, like, a cook and everything like that, and I’m thinking to myself, ‘I mean, not one person that I know has ever hired her as a cook.'")

Bensimon says she was "so over tired" and "feeling sick" when she snapped (among her quips: She called Frankel a "ho bag"). "I was drinking this wine – I never drink wine – and I was sitting in this room with these women. I just wanted to get out of there," she says. "... It was an out-of-body experience."

In the end, the ladies still had no clarity about what actually went down.

Says de Lesseps, 45: "By the end of Kelly’s story about the trip, I was so confused. I mean, I just didn’t get it. I had to hear the other side of the story."

Danielle Staub Being Harassed By Former Friend

Danielle Staub is the resident villain of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey and during her Tuesday book signing in Manhattan she created controversy once again, claiming she was being harassed by a former friend.

“I get several mean text messages everyday from her,” Staub told the crowd on Tuesday night. “The messages are from the person who I thought was my best friend and turned out to be the worst of all.”

While Staub refrained from naming the person, one possible candidate is fellow castmember Jacqueline Laurita- the only woman on the show who tried to foster a friendship with Staub during Season One.

However, when the women discovered the book Cop Without A Badge, which allegedly detailed Danielle’s past including an arrest on eight charges including cocaine possession and narcotics conspiracy, Laurita began to re-think her relationship with Staub.

During the second season, which currently is airing on Bravo, Laurita and Staub grew more distant after Laurita severed their friendship due to the wishes of her husband. Staub reacted strongly, bashing Laurita to a table full of friends at a luncheon Laurita declined to be at.

Jacqueline has been more vocal about her growing dislike for Danielle. “Your last name changes when you get married but where did Angela Minilli & Danielle Morelli come from? Hooker names?" Laurita tweeted in reference to the different names Danielle ha shad.

”I am completely avoiding all the housewives,” Danielle added, even extending that sentiment to the other ladies' children. “The kids can’t even play under these circumstances.”

Ex: I Didn't Rape or Beat Danielle or Kill Her Dog

Kevin Maher says that he's been accused by ex-wife Danielle Staub (Real Housewives of New Jersey) of "horrific" crimes: rape, assault, even killing her dog.

Maher -- whose own book Cop Without a Badge alleged involvement by Staub in kidnapping and drug use -- spoke exclusively to UsMagazine.com to refute his ex-wife's many claims against him. The pair wed in 1988 and split up about a year and a half later.

In October, Maher filed a $5 million lawsuit against the Bravo star, with her deposition scheduled for July. At issue in the lawsuit, Maher says, are disturbing accusations Staub made against him.

In his court filing, Maher claims that Staub has said "that I raped her on a bed of broken glass, inserted a handgun in her vagina and played Russian roulette....[that] I killed her dog...The list just goes on and on...The woman is insane."

Staub, 47, does not make these specific allegations in her new memoir The Naked Truth, but talks about domestic violence in her past. "I was severely abused," Staub told Us of her marriage to Maher. "He was very possessive...I was hospitalized several times."

To prove his innocence, Maher say that he passed a lie-detector test on March 22 with "an accredited polygraph examiner" from the LAPD.

Regarding the dog story, Maher tells Us that his ex has told "three different variations" to different people. "One was that I hung it...the other one was that I shot the dog. The other one was that I shot her, the bullet passed by her and killed the dog."

"This woman was never hospitalized by me," he adds.

"If you were to seek treatment after being beaten, which is a felony, that hospital would have to call the local police. There are no hospital records of me putting her in a hospital like she claims."

Maher does admit to hitting his wife "in self defense, pulling her off me...I never beat her. I did hit her -- it's true. Not something I'm proud to admit."

Why did he and Staub stay together? "At the time, we were both doing cocaine," Maher admits. "I was never in love with her, I was in lust with her. Our whole relationship was about sex. We had sex from the time we woke up in the morning to when we went to sleep, and even during sleeping. It was all about sex and cocaine."

Maher remarried on Valentine's Day 2009; he and his new wife welcomed daughter Kaley a year ago, he says. Staub's allegations jeopardized his new family and marriage, he charges. Maher had to convince his new father in-law that he wasn't a "rapist" or an "animal," and his 9-year-old stepdaughter "suffered" after Staub's accusations became public.

"She is without conscience," Maher tells Us of his ex. "She's calculating. I believe that Danielle Staub sold her soul to Satan for fame. Her children are suffering from it...her past is going to catch up to her very soon."

The former No Limit soldier turned Trojan has officially announced that he is dating Kaitlin Najjar - daughter of Atlanta Real Estate developer Lee Najjar.

The Real Housewives Head To Houston, TX

Orange Country has them, New York and Atlanta have them and obviously New Jersey has them. Now it's Houston's turn to showcase the fabulous lives of a few local women of means in the Bravo series The Real Housewives. Reports are coming in that producers are interviewing local telegenic scenesters, and narrowing down the list to five cast members.

So who would you like to represent Houston in the over-the-top gauche-fest that is The Real Housewives? How do you feel about Houston being a part of the series? Do you think our hometown will be treated fairly by a television show known for its excessiveness? Or will we be reduced down to a few Texas cliches of big hair, big cars and big spending?

Chucky Returns on Real Housewives of NJ

In New Jersey, it's not the beach, it's the shore. They're not Italian-Americans, they're guidos. And—thanks to pregnant Real Housewife Teresa, who introduces us to yet another taste of quaint Garden State vernacular—it's not a vajayjay, it's a chucky.

Whether this is some random pet name she's chosen for her nether region or there's some resemblance to the horribly scarred, murderous doll of the same name, we don't really want to know.

Alex McCord: Kelly "Much Crazier" in Real Life

You call that crazy?

According to Real Housewives of New York star Alex McCord, fellow castmate Kelly Bensimon's erratic behavior documented on Thursday's episode was nothing compared to unseen footage left on the cutting room floor.

"It was much more [crazy] in real life," McCord tells Usmagazine.com of Bensimon's freakouts during a group vacation on St. John's. "Much more crazy!" McCord claims that the editing actually made Bensimon look "better."

On the instantly-infamous episode, Bensimon called McCord a "vampire," accused Bethenny Frankel of trying to stab her to death in a dream, and randomly burst into tears.

"I remember the first time that Kelly mentioned that she thought I was channeling the devil. It was in the middle of the soup course!" McCord tells Us. "That wasn't the first time that had happened. Throughout the trip, it just came out of the blue."

Although McCord and pals Sonja Morgan, Frankel and Ramona Singer initially found Bensimon's outbursts amusing, they quickly realized her tantrums were no laughing matter.

"Sonja was the one who pegged it at one point, saying, 'Wow. We're dealing with someone who is not being rational. We have to stop,'" McCord explains. "There was definitely a moment when we all clicked into realizing we had to stop picking part all the insane things being said because there's a reason beyond anyone's control, beyond her control."

Bensimon, 42, sees the situation a bit differently. On Friday, she told New York magazine's Vulture: "Some people are like, 'You had a breakdown,' and I'm like, no, I had a breakthrough!"

And even though the trip took place back in November, McCord and her castmates remain mystified by Bensimon's disturbing behavior.

"We've all talked after we saw the episode," McCord recalls. "We just said, 'Are you seeing what I'm seeing? Are we on the same planet?' When things that happen that are that irrational, you think it's you. We thought maybe our memories had distorted. But when [my husband] Simon saw it he said, 'Okay. Now I understand what you were talking about!"

Meet Bethenny Frankel’s New Baby Bryn!

Even though her daughter is only 2½ weeks old, Bethenny Frankel can already see one similarity between her newborn and herself.

“She has my E.T. toes,” says Frankel, pointing to Bryn Casey Hoppy‘s little pink feet. “They are so long!” Frankel, the star of Real Housewives of New York City, always tells it like it is — even when discussing her baby’s early on Saturday, May 8.

Waking Jason Hoppy up around 6 a.m. some five weeks before their first child was due to tell him her water broke, Frankel immediately called the doctor and told her husband to pack their bags.

In his excitement, Hoppy instead started ringing up a few friends.

“Her water broke — we’re having a baby!” he announced. Frankel countered: “We don’t have a baby. We have a puddle.” Looking back, she laughs, “I told him to get a pen and paper and get organized!”

The couple rushed to the hospital. “All I wanted was a bagel and the doctor [told me] I couldn’t eat,” she recalls. “And for two days, I couldn’t.”

After some 30 hours of labor, doctors recommended a c-section to deliver baby Bryn. “She came out like a little doll,” Frankel, 39, says of seeing her daughter for the first time. “It was amazing.”

The couple chose their daughter’s name to honor Hoppy’s brother Bryan, who was killed in a car accident 19 years ago.

“They used to call him Bryn as a nickname,” she explains. “When Jason told me, I thought that would be a great name.”

Having kept mum until Hoppy’s parents arrived at the hospital to meet their new grandchild, revealing Bryn’s name in person was a special moment for the family.

“Jason’s mom was hysterical, crying,” Frankel recalls. “They couldn’t believe we kept it secret.”

At a tiny 4 lbs., 11 oz., Bryn stayed in the NICU for four days until she was strong enough to come home to the family’s apartment in downtown Manhattan.

“We were in this dark little room with our baby. It was almost like Survivor — where we were fending for ourselves,” notes Frankel. “We couldn’t stop starting at her and looking at her.”

Now settled in at home, Frankel is up every three hours to nurse Bryn — who’s been “such a good baby” — and divides the rest of the parenting duties with Hoppy.

“Jason is the burper and diaper changer,” Frankel laughs. “He loves it when she goes to the bathroom because he has a project!”

All joking aside, “We’re so thankful and lucky to have a healthy baby,” says Frankel, who adds that she’s looking forward to strolling around the Big Apple with Bryn. “This is the new me now.”

Countess Talks Duchess Fergie's "Desperation"

The Countess has some thoughts on the Duchess.

Real Housewives of New York's Countess Luann de Lesseps thinks Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson was "acting out of desperation" when she tried to accept a $750,000 bribe.

"She obviously used poor judgment," Lesseps told UsMagazine.com of Ferguson, who was caught on tape accepting cash from an undercover journalist in exchange for access to her ex husband, Prince Andrew.

"She didn't even ask for this guy's credentials!" marvels Lesseps of her fellow royal.

The Bravo star also speculated about Prince Andrew's involvement in the scheme: "I wonder if the prince knew nothing about this...I mean, they have children together. I find it hard to believe he knew nothing about it. He is the representative for International Trade and Investments for the U.K. What does that mean, does he make enough or does the royal family support them?"

Ferguson -- a.k.a. Fergie -- wed the Duke of York, who is fourth in line to the throne, in 1986, but they split 10 years later. They are parents to two daughters, Beatrice, 21, and Eugenie, 20.

The Countess isn't sure if Fergie, a one-time Weight Watchers spokeswoman, can escape the controversy unscathed.

"There's no question whether or not that's her on video. It's crystal clear what's going on. I think it's hard to come away from this without any damage," Lesseps said.

"There's not a lot more to be said after apologizing for the pain she's caused."

Lesseps, 45, finalized her divorce from French count Alexandre de Lesseps last year.
